The process is straightforward:
1. Select a Card.
2. Read and Lead.
3. Establish a positive learning mindset.
Implement Calm Down Cards after activities to help students relax and reset. Use Wake Up Cards prior to academic tasks to stimulate circulation and mental alertness. Deploy Gear Up Cards during transitions to energize bodies and minds efficiently.
